This year marks the seventh year of Night of the Museum at the college. On the evening of Tuesday, 10th September, the current Year 7 students took part in the annual event. The students each chose
a significant historical figure from ancient times and arrived at school in costume similar to that worn by some of history’s greatest names.
As part of their Humanities coursework, students undertook extensive research of their historical
figure and set up informative displays. By the end of eight weeks of study, they were well versed in their figure’s achievements.
On presentation night, students stepped into the shoes of their figure for 90 minutes, presenting
themselves in front of a large and appreciative audience before manning their information displays
and answering questions from interested onlookers.
